5 POINT PLAN

1

Transparent and Responsive Leadership

Streamline town operations by conducting a comprehensive audit of administrative processes to eliminate redundancies and reduce costs. Create user-friendly online portal for residents to track town projects, monitor spending, and submit feedback, ensuring transparency and accessibility. Work collaboratively with the Warren County Board of Supervisors to secure funding for Queensbury’s priorities without raising local taxes, maximizing efficiency and accountability to keep government lean and responsive to your needs.

2

Support for Small Businesses and Economic Growth

I’ll make Queensbury a magnet for small businesses by cutting red tape and offering targeted incentives to fill empty storefronts along Route 9. By promoting eco-tourism tied to our Adirondack backyard, we’ll create jobs and revenue while keeping our town’s charm intact.

Fiscal Responsibility and Tax Relief

3

Propose a thorough review of the town budget to identify inefficiencies, prioritizing cuts to non-essential spending while protecting core services like public safety and infrastructure. Highlight transparency with regular public budget forums to build trust. This resonates with Queensbury’s middle-class homeowners who value affordability.

4

Protecting Family Rights and Fairness

Families are the heart of Queensbury, and I’ll champion policies that support them. I’ll advocate for fair, sex-based opportunities in town sports programs to ensure equitable competition, particularly for girls, while prioritizing safety and privacy for all residents. By expanding family-friendly initiatives like youth recreation programs and community centers, we’ll foster an inclusive environment where every family thrives and all children have opportunities to succeed.

5

Public Safety and Community Well-Being

Commit to fully funding the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and local EMS to ensure rapid response times, especially in rural areas. Address concerns about short-term rentals by enforcing regulations that balance property rights with neighborhood peace, preventing “party houses” that disrupt communities. Position this as a common-sense approach to safety and quality of life, appealing to families and retirees who form Queensbury’s voter base.
