ABOUT ME
Meet Mike Dixon
On Wednesday January 29th the Queensbury Republican Committee met to choose their endorsed candidates who will run this year for Queensbury Town Offices. I am proud to announce that the Committee has fully endorsed me, Mike Dixon, as the Republican Candidate for the office of Queensbury Town Supervisor.

The residents of Queensbury will have a choice this November. Voters will have the opportunity to choose a Town Supervisor who has strong work ethics, sincerity and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

My Career

I am a native of Queensbury and have been blessed with a wonderful family, neighbors and friends. I have worked in healthcare management for almost three decades and have had the privilege of working with colleagues at Glens Falls Hospital and currently at Saratoga Hospital. These are both great organizations with dedicated people who work hard to care for patients and the community.
During my career I have often balanced two jobs, much the way many hard-working residents have been doing for years. While working full-time at the hospital I was a member of the Queensbury Town Planning Board for close to six years. Currently I am the Deputy Town Supervisor and Ward 3 Councilman. Working in healthcare and local government is a responsibility that I take seriously and am committed to.
​Strategic planning as well as managing people and finances are a few of the many assets that I possess and use daily. These skills along with my moral principles are critical to serving the residents of Queensbury.
I’m looking forward to my continued service to Queensbury residents as well as working with other municipalities. On Tuesday November 4, 2025 I am asking for your vote.
